Early life
His mother, Tameika, served 15 years in prison when Markeyvius was a small boy. His father had not been a complete part of his life and as such, he became raised by his aunt and grandmother. The boy continued to keep in touch with his mother as he was visiting her in prison.
Even his youthful age was a stormy one, because he had engaged in a shooting and was accused of aggravated assault. Nonetheless, music helped him forget his hard life during childhood and his adolescence.
